I didn't know that in Illinois you can't be charged with DUI on a bike, but that is not true for every state. Check your local laws.

no - you cannot get a BUI / BWI : but you can get a public intoxication ticket and I believe reckless something_or_other. (this is also the case without a bike - just go to wrigleyville on a game day and watch)
