Some friends and I are who are doing a multi-day ride next summer are looking to create jerseys for our team. For those of you on teams or clubs, are there any custom/semi-custom jersey companies you would recommend? I know Voler does a big custom business, also looking for any others and your experience with them.

Thanks!

VOmax
Louis Garneau.

VOmax tend to hold body stink for some reason.
L.G. are mega comfy.
If you want some old school wool, just a couple of colors and a name, you could try here: http://www.portlandcyclewear.com/woolcyclingjersey.html
http://www.customsublimation.com/ looks good , I have no experience with them.
Ahh...I LIKE. And the prices are pretty reasonable, especially with the bulk order option.

Wonder if anyone would be interested in a bulk order on here...we could even put "the chainlink" on them. I'd advertise if it meant a good deal on the wool jersey. :) My understanding is you can mix sizes/colors/sleeve lengths and still get the discount.

Pactimo has been great to us. Their minimums dropped a few years back. Their quality, pricing and turaround is very competitive.
take a look at champion system, www.champ-sys.com. i have worked with them before and it was a good experience. the quality is good, the minimums are low and the sales people were easy to work with. i believe they still have a minimum of 10 jerseys or shorts, then you are able to order 1 of most everything else--so 10 jerseys, five bibs, one long sleeve, one skinsuit, etc. i have had good and bad experiences with other companies over the years, including verge and voler. the quality, technology and manufacturing process are pretty much the same for all the custom clothing companies, so it is customer service that can really differentiate a company from the others.

ordering at this time a year might enable you to get an off-season discount too. plus there should be a pretty quick turn-around time, somewhere around 6-8 weeks, maybe less.

also, find out what each companies' deal is for artwork. some will do it for you, but price it into the clothing. others require outside work to be done, or they will charge you a design fee. if you have someone to make a jersey design it should help to keep costs down.
bump up, looking to order roughly 25 customs jerseys for a bike ride Hannah Bass and I are planning a bike ride our youth summer camp. Any suggestions????
I've had custom wear made by Voler and they're great. Sugoi make top notch products. Primal will do custom and I think Descente will as well, maybe.

There are others listed but I take issue with the crap made by Champion Systems. We had some garments made by them, unfortunately. Stay far away from them. The quality of the garments is of the worst and the durability and comfort rank right up there with riding on a rake. In fact, after several hours in the saddle, the seams in their shorts and jerseys do feel like a rake. Horrible POS products. They're cheap which is why they're so popular. Garments are made in China and they reflect it. Voler is still made in the U.S.A, I believe and Sugoi are Canadian made. I wouldn't use Champion Systems clothing for a handkerchief if you really want to know how I feel about them.

Oops, I contributed to a thread that had nothing to do with boozing, drinking, etc. This is how much I can't stand Champion Systems!

We used this guy for a small run (20) we did and were very happy with the quality and short turn around time:
