What's this doing in the bike lane?

Share your pics, videos, streets, stories of what you find in the bike lane of the non-bike variety that has an impact on your ride and/or your safety. I've decided to keep it a little more open ended - cars, snow, buses, garbage, cabs, etc. If they shouldn't be in the bike lane, go ahead and add it to this thread. Please be safe if you are taking pics or video! :-) 

My hope is that we can collectively build some evidence of what we see when riding in the city with the overall hope of better enforcement of "bikes only" and improving maintenance.

There was another one Thursday night. I went in to see if the office was open, but it wasn't so I took a picture and submitted another 311 report.

For those of us who haven't been paying close attention, could you maybe edit the initial message in this thread to include instructions on how to easily file a 311 report from one's smartphone? I passed a window washer truck (unloading people and supplies) followed immediately by a BrightView landscaping truck (just sitting there) on Washington just west of Canal this morning. Since I didn't know how to file a report, I just grumbled and rode on.

1 S. Franklin St. 311 report submitted. Since January, I have documented over 125 incidents. The vast majority have been in the 10 minute span it takes me to ride from Jackson to Wacker in the evening rush. I definitely feel that we're having zero, nada, zip, none, zilch impact.

About two weeks ago, the city repaved Harrison past UIC and gave it a road diet featuring freshly painted bike lanes as far as the eye can see. They've already torn the shit out of it so that (I'm guessing) UIC can do some utility work.  The eastbound lane is completely blocked with construction garbage in at least two places.
