Chainlink Bar Night this Thurs 4/18-- anyone interested in leading a ride from downtown and/or north side?

It would be cool if someone would organize a meetup to group-ride from the N. side and/or downtown. Any takers?

It was kind of awesome - they have, I dunno, hundreds of beers in bottles and cans. It is clearly a dive, and yet it didn't seem as old as it claims on the sign "est 1878" or something like that. The women's restroom was out of order - which wouldn't necessarily be the largest problem in the world - except the men's restroom was only equipped with a urinal. Also disappointing was the Boulevard 80 Acre Hoppy Wheat. YMMV of course...

Sure Howard, I could lead a ride there leaving from Logan Square's Centennial Monument column at, say, 6:30 pm, or Daley Plaza at 7 pm. Let me know which you think would be more useful, and then would you mind creating a calendar event for the ride?

It's tomorrow night! - FREE FOOD, DESSERT AND KARAOKE!!!!

Steve the owner will be providing us appetizers like quesadillas and flautas. We will also have cupcakes from Josefina's Bakery and other sweets! YUM!!!!

Food, booze and music. What more does a cyclist need???
