Gilberto Torres has remained in custody since his arrest in June. The new alleged accomplice, Anthony Catena, has apparently not made bail, and is in custody. Can't find Robertson in the system, so he may have posted bail today.
I thought Robertson's bail was revolved on the previous charge? Wouldnt that make him not eligible to be released?
This seemed to be changing and getting more detailed as I was just searching, so the info may be VERY recent:

I think all 3 are somewhere here:

Catena & Torres in Division II, Roberson listed as "HLD" (holding cell waiting for permanent cell?)
Three ugly mugs:
Robertson
Catena
Torres
10 PM: Robertson's housing location just switched from "HLD" to Division 2 with his other pals.
Yup, found him this time.

My guess is not much, and I would be surprised if Kenny's making the trip for each of them. I still think his defense attorney is probably waiting long enough to be able to plead him to "time served" on a sentencing offer from the State's Attorney Office. I would defer to any criminal defense attorney who might be able to provide some guidance on how long setting a trial date can be continued. Over a year in 26th & California seems like a pretty long time to be held in what is essentially a "short term facility."
