Information

Chicagoland Beer Exploration Society

Every member of the Society (CBES) should aspire to have a beer at every brewery or brewpub located in a day or two bicycle ride distance from Chicago (and, of course, within the city limits).

Naturally, preferable way of getting to is by bike, as for riding back . . . whatever is available, train, bus, horse and buggy, depending on amount of beverages consumed at the destination.

Routes on Ride with GPS, here.

On Facebook, here.

On Twitter, here.

Lists of breweries and brewpubs (and other beer things): on Facebook, and on Twitter.

OK.  I think I will go straight to Eris also. Unless I'm hungover.  Or over sleep. Or chicken out because of rain.  Or.......

Will caffeinate at home.

I'll meet you at Eris, unless it is icy.

Steve, I suggest Roscoe to Elston.

What is the route from Intelligentsia?

I'll try to be there (noon at Eris) to ring in the new year, crappy weather or no...
