You should check out my recently rehabbed '68 Deluxe Racer. It puts my '64 to shame! A couple of picks below :)

Nice Racer Ryan. I like Eds too. When I had a job, my lunchtime bike was a 72 Speedster, also with a Sturmy Archer 3 speed. I will have to drag it out of the shed soon, I also have a Montgomery Wards 3 speed with a twist grip shifter. I rode that one before I found the Speedster. Last week, I rescued a 5 speed Suburban. With a Wald Basket on it. I only had to air up the tires. It's been to the beer store a couple of times already. This one will clean up nicely. I am a big fan of old Schwinns. I hope you have good luck with your Sturmy Archer project. My Speedster is blue. AL

Now I like this bike. Sturmey-Archer hubs are great...last forever.
