I encountered this when I was trying to find a spot to park my bike. Sorry I hate to complain but I find this very disturbing and selfish.

It kinda looks like the bikes without kickstands leaning up against the base of the Picasso before the start of the Critical Mass ride - taking up all the space so nobody can sit down!
