Don't really have a favorite. What ever kind of music makes me want to move, that's what I listen to. :)

I'd love to, there is a lot of catching up to do. I still didn't have a chance to tell you about my biking in Utah :-) How is your schedule next week?

I ride at a lot of private barns. I also exercise race horses at Arlington...but to be honest, that's not a whole lot of fun.

Where do you live? I might be able to find you a lesson barn close to get started on. :)

hmm...I can't think of any good public lesson barns up there. There is an AMAZING lesson barn in Peotone (http://www.windyislesfarms.com/). My horse is there currently...it might be a kinda sorta far drive, but the Andrea Hendriks is worth it.

No need to shovel poo...you can train a monkey to do that. Once you get balanced enough, I may just steal your stirrup for a month or so...talk about strong inner thighs!

Hi Kelly, wanted to check if your yoga class tonight is an open event?? If so, would love to come. Yoga and cycling are two of my favorite things :)
