It's a place to dine that's held in a private space; like someone's home, an empty store front, or an old warehouse. It's run by a professional chef and has limited seats. You get to meet new people, drink, and enjoy some awesome foods. Basically a place people can find great food in a non-traditional restaurant setting and is kinda illegal. Guerilla dining I guess.
