Information

Chicagoland Beer Exploration Society

Every member of the Society (CBES) should aspire to have a beer at every brewery or brewpub located in a day or two bicycle ride distance from Chicago (and, of course, within the city limits).

Naturally, preferable way of getting to is by bike, as for riding back . . . whatever is available, train, bus, horse and buggy, depending on amount of beverages consumed at the destination.

Routes on Ride with GPS, here.

On Facebook, here.

On Twitter, here.

Lists of breweries and brewpubs (and other beer things): on Facebook, and on Twitter.

Up-to-date map (with a list, postal- and web-addresses and phone numbers, where available). Five hundred thirty (530!) so far.

North end of which trail? LFT?

Comment by Alina M on October 9, 2020 at 8:27am

Great. K&C Saturday then? They open at 12. Max 6 people. Meet at the north end of the trail at 10:30? Or wherever is convenient for you.

Both work for me.

K&C one day, Macushla the other?

Comment by Alina M on October 9, 2020 at 8:15am

Sunday works for me too. Anyone else?

Comment by Serge Lubomudrov on October 9, 2020 at 7:46am

Alina is our fearless leader this time ;)

If people want to go to K&C, let's go, especially because some haven't been there. Am not against it, just didn't like it much...
