Chicagoland Beer Exploration Society
Information
Every member of the Society (CBES) should aspire to have a beer at every brewery or brewpub located in a day or two bicycle ride distance from Chicago (and, of course, within the city limits).
Naturally, preferable way of getting to is by bike, as for riding back . . . whatever is available, train, bus, horse and buggy, depending on amount of beverages consumed at the destination.

the new 18th st, on oakley ave, is right on the way back, just before the police station, very convenient. byway, unfortunately, is outoftheway.

"flossmore" reminds me of my dentist! Winds NNW at 10 to 20 mph would mean a quick, if cold, trip down...
or i could get away next tue., anybody else?
also, how about lunch and collaborations with pipeworks @ local option this fri.?
