Texting/calling while biking is now prohibited. Anyone willing to be interviewed for their opinion?

A new ordinance was passed on October 3rd banning Chicago cyclists from texting/calling (without the use of a hands-free device) while biking.

This goes into effect in November.

I'm a reporter on my high school newspaper. Would anyone mind giving a short 5-10 minute phone interview on this ordinance later today?

I'm around and just sent you an email. I know many cyclists have varying opinions on the matter (and there are discussion threads related to the ordinance as well).
