Stolen Bike

My brother's bike was stolen outside work today at 10:30 am.  The lock was cut in ~20 min.

The bike was a black 2009 Gary Fisher Wingra.  Serial # wtu290c1076d on the bottom bracket.  Gears: 3 front, 8 back.  wheel size: 700 mm X 32. frame size 48 cm.

Any information would be great, and if you can corner the guy who did it, my brother would like a boxing match with him
