Paczkis and Hot Apple Cider at Rapid Transit Friday 11/25!

Apparently Rapid Transit Cycleshop will be serving up Packis and hot apple cider Friday morning at both the North and South locations!

 

Don't know what a Packi is; think fried dough full of happiness!

 

Forget Black Friday at the mall, come eat delicious snacks and buy some bike goodies!

Fresh Pączki! If I wake up I am in! Usually you only get these on Pączki Day.

Stopped by this morning.  Mmmm....paczki!  The cider was awesome, too.

Enjoyed chatting with folks while my folding bike got a bit of TLC.  Nice to see you, Howard.

Actually, those were paczki (don't know how to get the tail under the "a", but I am RT's own resident polak), home made by a real Polish baker on the NW side of Chicago. The only way you coild get more real ones is make'm yourself, or go to Krakowskie Przedmiescie in Warsaw;-)

Where is Krakowskie Przedmiescie in Warsaw? I will be back there in May and am bringing bikes this time.
