Money for IL cyclists!

Illinois bicyclists received a huge win late last year with the announcement that more than $50 million in Illinois Transportation Enhancement Program (ITEP) funds will be used for trails and other bikeways. But, dedicated federal dollars for programs benefiting bicycling are now at risk.
