Ribbon cutting at 9 followed by Bike Time Trials at 9.40!

Bike path opens afterwards.

I'd love to be there, but it conflicts with two other events (for which I had more advance notice) on the same morning.

I have conflicts as well, but it the weather is nice i might swing by for a beer afterwards.
