My wife says there are two bike racks close to the parking helix (big circular drive that cars go up for Hancock parking) that are outside.

Since the Hancock has both a Commercial and a Residential side that's all she knows about the available bike parking for the commercial side.

Funny, because the property manager made it sound like no big deal, just that I would need to get a key. She mentioned the bike room was located by the dock.

Thank you to everyone.

When I asked the office manager of my office they said I'd need a key (in addition to my key card) and made it seem like it would be a big hassle. I park my bike under the overhang of Water Tower Place across the street, next to the security guard booth for the underground parking. It's protected from rain and I've never had any trouble w/anything going missing off the bike. Granted my bike at this point has the anti-theft cloaking device of looking kind of crappy. If you feel nervous about parking your bike outside, I hope someone can offer better insight into the bike room.

Good luck!

I work at Water Tower and also lock up under the overhang next to the security booth. It's a nice spot.

My wife works on the residential side there. I'll ask her what she knows on the subject.
