<p>I have a vintage Rhode Gear (great American accessory maker, long gone) handlebar bag from the 80s or early 90s. It's very well-made and in great shape. It appears to have a waterproof coating on the inside. I received it years ago in a box of other stuff (including Rhodes Gear panniers, which I still use). I don't use handlebar bags, so it has basically been sitting on the shelf ever since then.</p>
