1311.4 miles cycled in 2025 after 319.2 (312.0 outdoor / 7.2 indoor) for May.

All 151 days cycled so far in 2025. (441 consecutive since 03/17/2024)

Another mediocre month (May) ends with 432.2 road miles, bumping me to 1,384 miles y-t-d, and now falling back of Curt(is)2024 by another century to trail by 133.6 miles. Still, feeling fairly strong, despite some chronic, nagging pain. Definitely can't go as hard for as long. I need to start including some body work into my routine.

862.3 after 2nd ride to Brothership. loved the wide open spaces of the Orland Grassland. trying to get ready for a ride in Aug, extrapolation for 2025 up to 1908.8.
