What is that judge thinking by having this perp pay $1000 to go totally free!  He could just go back to stealing bikes while he's out on bail.  He at least needs to wear an ankle bracelet wile he's awaiting trial.

It looks like he had a bike chop shop going on there.  What a complete jerk.  I agree that $1,000.00 bail is too low.  He should be left to sit in the Cook County lockup for a while and ponder the error of his ways.
