I work on the West Side where I see so many stolen Divvies. I've reported to Divvy many sightings, like bikes outside a basement level door or a back of building upper walkway. A person putting the Divvy on a bus must have stolen it, no? I assumed people pay for the day then just don't return the bike. Should be reported to the police. But I do see it's a real problem on Chicago's West Side. I feel awful seeing such a great system being messed up by a few inconsiderate folks!

And soon, like Detroit, we would have urban farms.
