Cyclists Are Emotionally Attached to Their Bikes (study)

Anyone surprised by this? Or should we really ask what you named your bikes? Are they displayed as "art" in your home (and proudly photographed on Instagram)? Do you struggle with N+1?

Most of mine have names. They're operational bikes; i curate them, but don't display them as "art."

                                                                                                             "Colette" 1972

                                                            "Molly" 1970

                                                        "Queen Mab" 1953

Love your names and photos. They match their names well. :-)

I like my bikes a lot, they all came with names on their down tubes and they're hanging in my unfinished basement.

Previously owned bikes: Purple People Eater, Princess, Betty.

My most-used bike is Brommie, my most loved is Puppy
