What doesn't come through are the tacod wheel.  So sad......

wow...  how does that even happen?  and why would you lock a bike up there anyway.  besides it being a place to lock a bike up.

sorry, not "you" as in your bike... just think its a bad idea for someone in general to do that.  I used to lock my bike up outside when I first moved to Chicago over a decade ago... and even used chain-link chain with a pad lock.  My bike got stolen.  now I use a u-lock and keep it inside.   

When it comes to locks I operate under a philosophy of "Competitive Deterrence" if I have more locks than the guy next to me than his bike will get tampered with. As such I have a lock for my seat, and usually use 2 U-Locks - one for each wheel and of different makes. Might be going overboard but havn't had a bike swiped in years and years.
