Bridges & Blues: The Cal-Sag Trail Blues Contest

You got chops? Better chops than most? Heck, better chops than these guys?

You could win free tix to November 5's Bridges & Blues, the benefit fundraiser for the 32-mile Cal-Sag Trail at Gaelic Park in beautiful Oak Forest, Ill., PLUS the chance to play your take on The Cal-Sag Trail Blues on the stage this guy is setting on fire.

It's easy:

1. Download the lyrics. Use any music/arrangement/instruments/performers you want, but you gotta use the lyrics.

2. Lay down some smokin' blues and capture it on video.

3. Upload it to YouTube and e-mail us the link or post it in response to these guys (who are asking for it) before October 25, 5 PM. We'll list it as a favorite on our channel.

4. Tell your friends & family to give your video a Thumbs Up.

5. We'll tally all the Likes and announce a winner October 31 at 9 PM.

6. Winner gets to give his/herself an appropriate Bluesman/woman nickname, plus receives three free tickets to play their version November 5 at Bridges & Blues. (Got more than 3 band mates? Buy some tickets or a table and feel good about building the 32-mile Cal-Sag Trail!)
