very sad. condolences to his family.

TBH - cycling in the burbs scares me (now).

Suburbanites say us city dwellers are crazy to bike here, but both have pros and cons.

Also FWIW : 3:30 am is a time I would probably never ride anywhere, but maybe he had no choice?
