I made a really simple bike rack finder for mobile web. Simple is a euphemism for limited, so all it does right now is:

 * Find a handful of bike racks near your current location

 * Display the street address and number of racks installed at that location (when you tap on on)

In the near-ish future I'll be updating the map as the user pans/zooms around, but this should be good enough for now.
