Yep, it's us again.  We have a one bedroom apartment, first floor, own gate, gangway and door. Wood floor living room, tiled kitchen and pantry and newly carpeted bedroom.  Easy bike in and out.  No washer/dryer, window a/c units, we cover all utilities (gas, water, electricity - hot water heating system.   1500US$ per month, one year lease.  If you still have a car, there is street permit parking, multiple bus lines and blue line.
