looking for a riding group

Ok, we're no longer very fast, but we ride everyday (wind, rain, snow, ice) and we're probably older than you. But we figured it's time to join a cycling club/group and join in.

We prefer to ride in Chicago and not have to drive then bicycle (sorta defeats the purpose...).

My husband is 74 (still skis and bikes everyday), I'm 61 - bike everyday, year round - we used to do runs up to the Botanical Garden starting from Chicago and Ashland and also to Hyde Park, but need a kick in our complacency to do something more. So we're no longer hot shots, but we can do the distance, I think.
