Just as dangerous as drivers? I've never seen a cyclist blow through a light and t bone another car killing people.

$250?  The commercial's worth watching for entertainment.  Nice bunch of youngsters out having a fun time in Tokyo, then face the major buzzkill of not being allowed to unlock their own bikes.

Meanwhile, Rauner moves to allow monsters drivers to get their license back even after four DUI convictions.
