He lived in an urban woodland and dressed in a shiny greet tight suit, typical of other giant urban woodland flying cyclists...then one day...
Our protagonist Left Wing Roadie used his supernatural powers of levitational evasion to avoid annihilation by Right Wing Media hit squad. Darth Murdoch was none-too-pleased.
Once there lived someone with too much time on his or her hands and Photoshop.
And the cyclist was thinking how great it would be to have a bicycle canopy in mid-flight -

dude decided to do his triathlon training in europe, thinking it would be safe (both in terms of road safety and fashion safety), but upon coming through a bridge underpass, he gets rear-ended by some douche.

while gaining his consciousness, dude thinks to himself 'this must be a freak accident...european drivers are bike-aware..i must have been going too slow'

only to realize..douche who hit him is a fox news reporter doing a story on how europe is actually not more bike friendly than the US.
This guy just realized he is actually very gay and he prefers all his deliveries in rear. So the producers of Fox being so balanced and fair actually thought they would assist.
ZING!

I knew I should have worn my black shorts today.....
so why was europe brought up? they are driving on the same side as america.
europe was brought up because people (i know at least) tend to think europe is a better place for cycling. if you're referring to the side of the road the cars are on (which i assume you are, because i didn't think lady america drove, and that simply driving on the west side of the road wouldn't work because both directions of traffic would end up being in the same lane), then europe is not automatically excluded because people do drive on the right side of the road (in reference to the direction they are going) in many, if not most countries in europe (like france, finland, germany, belgium, denmark, greece, hungary, iceland, poland and norway to name 10).

plus, in the case that its one of the countries that do drive on the left side (like britain), the story still works because our douche fox reporter wouldn't know any better. the yellow cab is on the other side because it was swerving to avoid the douche fox news reporter.
