Cyclist in handcuffs at MKE & Elston tonight

I saw a cyclist in a high vis jacket detained by a non-uniformed CPD officer on the corner of Milwaukee and Elston at approximatly 5:45 tonight. I couldn't tell it was a cop at first so I asked if everything was alright and the cop told me to keep it moving. I overheard the officer joking with the cyclist and saying that he could call a "street lawyer" if he wanted...

This happened on a pretty busy intersection, anyone see anything go down?

How about this-- if you don't have time to follow through, can you give us enough to know which security company this POS was working for, and we can at least launch a little collective action from the comfort of our computer chairs?

I appreciate the offer, but this guy has enough of my information and has proved he's slightly irrational, so I'd rather not have anyone pursue it further than my initial complaint.

Please reconsider. The same thing will happen to someone else if you just ignore it but that person may not be as lucky. Also, don't overestimate this bully, when you stand up to him, he will retreat like the coward that he is.
