Free? Or do you have a budget?

Is it for a good cause?

Do they need to be functional enough for a rider, or are the parts needed for an art/craft thing? (I have some old parts which are not "rider-worthy", but could probably be used for other non-ridable projects.)

do not need to be rider-worthy. taking cue from John Durham to make some bike racks for our building.

I have a frame for you but no way to get it anywhere. I live in North center/lincoln square area.

Head over to West Town, I am pretty sure that is where John got those.  If not there, Working bikes.

Either place should have some frames with smashed up stays that are useless as bikes but will work great for that.

+1 working bikes has a whole bin of scrap metal bike frames in the back room.

I have a tall chopper bike you can have. It's pretty much no longer rideable and I wan to get rid of it.
