isn't the obvious response to whip out a key and make the suggestion that as soon as he walks away you'll key his car?

I rode today and encountered a car doubled parked in the PBL in front of Daley Plaza. He was dropping off a person and I informed him that he was illegally parked in a bike lane... he just glared at me.

I did not notice them, but then I was not paying attention. Looks like a speaker of some sort. I did notice pink lines painted in various locations. Speakers and painted lines: is there some sort of event going on this weekend that we should be avoiding?
