Found a bike, trying to return it to the owner

Found a 70's Sears women's 3spd cruiser last month laying in the tall grass on the embankment where the freeway goes over Division, unlocked but with a u-lock still attached in its holder.  It's black with chrome handlebars, wheels, and drivetrain, and it looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor except for a blown front tire.  I ghostied it home to Humboldt thinking we could find the owner through the internet but I kept forgetting to post about it until now.  It's in my basement waiting, help me find its rightful owner!

craigslist has a lost and found section; there is also some website called TGIF thank god I found it or something like that
