Any one missing rims?!?!?

So I work at the New Balance Chicago store at Clark and Fullerton. We had a guy (homeless? passed out drunk?) passed out in front of our store that we couldn't wake up. Called 911, they came out and checked on him. He was just wasted out of his gord. Police made him leave the three rim's he had stolen off of bikes and bugger off. This is what he had left behind and since we all ride our bikes to and from work we know how crappy it is to have that stuff stolen.

Front rim - ALX 440SL A Class (with flat tube & tire)

Rear rim - American Classic Victory Multi-Speed

Rear rim - ALX 440Sl A Class free wheel

Looks like the bolts have been cut off.
