Finally riding without freezing!!!

Not exactly bike weather this morning, but since I didn't ride at all last week, I decided to ride today.  Sleet and strong winds off the lake, and slushy ice on the path just south of Fullerton where the break water is right at the path.  Switched to light rain in River North area, but no real issues.  Unlike the folks on Dearborn, the Clark St. bridge was fine.

Ride in wasn't bad this morning. Just took it slow.

Not a bad ride.

However, I...Am...Ready...For...Warmer...Weather...

Same here, no temperature cut off

This morning was pretty slick on the LFP (From Lawrence to Northish) with the sleet and all, but the streets were fine. Getting sick of winter and wearing that damn Balaclava. Anyone know if the LFP is still slick or just wet?

Heads up, LFP riders.  There is a gale warning in effect tonight into tomorrow night with waves up to 20 feet.  Be careful out there!

Made it home unscathed tonight.

I have had no temp cutoff in five years. Ice is the only krytonite. However, I am totally ready for 60+ degrees!

Yes, ugggh...

Fierce headwinds and cold only when compared to recent days. Headwind the entire time west kept me going slow. Wind pushed me side to side a few times. Be careful out there.
