Bill was a colleague of mine and a truly wonderful person.  We are still in shock of his sudden departure.

 

I don't think he was a Chainlinker, but was always doing rides and races around the Chicago area and, as part of his job, all over the world.  You may have seen him during his daily runs and rides along the lake.
