You know, times are tough blah blah blah but I am growing sick and tired of private always stepping in much to the relief of cash strapped governmental organizations that don't want to ask for more funding/tax revenue/bond issues etc. Schools were bad enough, now potholes? It would be nice if, as a citizenry,we could just suck it up and actually invest properly in public goods rather than just chronically underfunding ourselves and crossing our fingers.

Also, who could claim chicken is "refreshing?!
