Volunteers Needed for "Bike For the Fight Chicago" Cancer Awareness Event

Bike For the Fight Chicago needs your help for our September 21 event. Here's what we need!

A: Help planning a bike ride route around Chicago (45 minutes to 1 hour for moderate riders) that ends at Anshe Emet Synagogue.

B: Spreading the word about this amazing event through facebook and word of mouth- more info below - feel free to join our Facebook event and invite all of your friends.https://www.facebook.com/events/348493488570704/

C: Obtaining any swag that would make the event even more amazing - i.e. donations of water bottles, tshirts, athletic gear, power bars, etc.  Every bit helps!

About the Event

Tom Peled is a 24 year old Israeli who recently lost his father to an eight year battle with stomach cancer. Tom decided to channel his grief into raising money and awareness for cancer research. Starting this past August, Tom will be riding 3,000 miles across the US from Los Angeles to New York. All the funds raised will go directly to the Israel Cancer Research Fund for scientists working to find cures to cancer. Learn more about his story by following his travel blog.
