Learn to ride track bike

Are there any tracks in Chicago that will teach you how to ride a track bike and then get you certified? If so what are they? I have been waiting to ride track for a while, but just moved here from Atlanta (where I knew a few guys that rode track).

CVC will also rent you a bike, and certify you to ride and race on the track
