Open Shops Around The City?

I have a friend in Lakeview looking to fix spokes and stuff on his bike.

I told him about Recyclery and West Town. Anything with a similar concept in Lakeview for him, maybe even in someone's garage or basement?

Does Lee still do bike build mondays in Jefferson Park? Still not Lakeview, but still a resource.

Does your friend already know how to do these things and just needs a place, tools and a little guidance or do the need to learn how to do these things?

Most of the open shops are geared towards providing a work space and assistance to those who can do but those who need to learn are encouraged to take classes instead of attend an open shop.
