Tell Congress: Kids Deserve Safe Bike Paths

Tell CDOT: Kids deserve safe bike paths. Tell them fast since the comment period for Streets for Cycling is coming to a close. I think safe paths for kids need to be separated from car traffic by more than paint and plastic.
