I got the 26 inch disk brake rear wheel.  Built for 27 mph impacts with potholes.

105 (0.105 in 12 guage spokes). 

Comes with solid axles, so you'll have to carry a crescent wrench or change axles.

You may have better luck having a shop just build a heavy duty rear wheel to your specs or finding a moderately priced replacement online and having it dished and trued.  I hope you can find used, but when all else failed for our search for heavy duty wheels, we just had a shop build them up from scratch.
