Is This Your Abandoned Frame?

I was wandering around Wicker Park and saw this beautiful Specialized Langster track frame that's been stripped but still has a U-lock through the frame. Located on Pierce just west of Damen.

I'd love to buy it from the rightful owner if this is you.

There is another specialized frame(pretty new) in the same shape, locked up on the LFP near the Lake shore bike-n-tune. It's been there for about a year.
