River North cyclist accident

I heard on WBBM radio today that there was an accident involving a bicyclist on Chicago Avenue in River North this morning. Does anyone have any other details? I can't seem to find any additional info online.

I searched online but came up empty. However, in the process I stumbled on this:

Bicyclists are regularly seen on Chicago streets, but some motorists view bicyclists as pedestrians on two wheels even though bicyclists generally have to follow the same rules that cars do.
