Not sure if I can make the ride, but a new route would be nice to know.

This week end,saturday, is the ride! It's easy to get your bike on the metra for $7 weekend pass.

Hop on the train and take it to Roselle.

This is it mi brethren... Rain or Shine... Zero hour is approaching! We will throw caution to the wind as intrepid chainlinkers venture recklessly near the cracks in the Earth that are rumoured to lie beyond the Cook County line!

Join yer ol' pal bk... play Enviro-Games.... Covet the soon-to-be-Smithsonian-displayed "Many Lakes Cartoon Colouring Book and I-Ching Trail Guide". You can even help clean up the route! The option is out there to ride all the way to Elgin on what are (historically) nearly vacant trails.

For all those going on the ride saturday...tomorrow!!!

be at Union Station at 10am to get you ticket. train leaves at 10:30am and arrives at Roselle around 11:18am.

This is quick and painless AND only cost $7 for a weekend(unlimited) pass. If you want to head out somewhere else on sunday from union(any destination) it is still covered.
