I may try to make it in tomorrow-- it will be the first time I've set foot in Yojimbo's.

How much notice do you need to have the brass section ready for the fanfare?

I did ultimately find a Barista a while ago at RT/s.

Broke my mirror tonight (or better said it disintegrated, not sure how but I suspect the cold was a factor.)

And my worst fears have come true-- I'm completely dependent on it.

Has anyone seen this particular mirror in stock at a local LBS? Priority for tomorrow (Sunday.)

I feel like I've seen that mirror everywhere.  But then again maybe I'm thinking of REI since I've gone there a couple times recently.  I think they are a good bet if no one else carries it.

We don't have it because it is a pretty low demand item but if you order it by about noon tomorrow we can have one for you Tuesday.

Thanks folks. Was hoping to find it a little closer to home. REI is still on my "won't go there" list after a miserable experience my last visit (over a year ago now, I think.) I know RT/s has a mirror of a different brand, but I'm really impressed with the viewpoint. Will call Ciclo Urbano, where I bought the original. Other tips appreciated.

FYI, one just went on our stock order for R/T North; never let it be said we don't listen to customer demand.

I bought a very similar version of that fender (it's wider; and you can trim it down if needed) at Smart Bike Parts. It was a very reasonable price. I paid cash and they even came down a bit lower on the price.

I dunno if it's out of your range but I ordered a bike light from SBP recently, and while they didn't have it in stock they had it delivered the next day to their store.  Apparently they get their stuff from QBP and have shipments arriving pretty frequently, or maybe I just got lucky with the timing.
