Yearly biking report for Chicago?

I saw Minneapolis put together a 2011 annual report of bicycling in Minneapolis:

Does the city of Chicago or any other local organization put together an annual report like this? Pretty cool idea.

That video is hilariously awesome. Was the song done by the same guys as the "freecreditreport.com" guys?
