I don't if he's a Chainlink member, but he should be.

Jason Marshall rode the FVP* 200K today! In December!!

That's awesome.

I know Jason did some of the qualifiers in Delavan this year, and he also completed PBP.

As a permanent owner, I did not expect to have two riders in the last month of the year, but Jason was today and another rider has signed up for the 17th.

That is impressive. And intriguing. So how far in advance would a person need to plan to do the FVP? I might be able to get out there this weekend but would that be possible from your end of things?

You must be a RUSA member and submit a signed release before a brevet card and cue sheet is provided.

Oh and be sure to be familiar with the rules for permanent riders (on the RUSA site).

So generally a week or two in advance.

It's better to do these things through the mail since I may or may not be around on the weekend.
